BTPC extends its range of decorative products to include Cast Iron Poles. Cast Iron Poles are manufactured as per IS 210.

The solution is offered from 2.5 meters to 4.0 meter. Any other custom height can also be offered based on customers need. Poles are given appropriate surface treatments like Sand blasting and Shot blasting.

The solution stands ideal for tourist destinations, heritage locations and parks within any municipal limits

In-house foundry for Cast Iron Castings helps to save time and also imparts strict control over the process. Patterns are made using CNC Pattern Making Machines.

3D printers are used for Advanced Modelling. Our main asset remains in flexibility in offering different solutions. Pattern Development is possible with Wood, Clay, POP, Fibre suiting the application and complexities involved. Solution available with channel network spread across the country. These poles can be offered in Ductile Cast Iron Material as well which has a service life longer than steel and wood.

Poles are offered with decorative brackets made of Cast Iron. These poles can also be offered with LED Luminaires with different ranges of wattage. BTPC is committed to offer a solution based on the customized design as well. Solutions depend on suggestions and guidance from Lighting Designers, Architects and Departments planning to give the city a decorative look. Poles can be painted in any colour shade using in-house Powder Coating facility.
